As you haven't mentioned to which state you belong .Overall I would like to say that with these marks you have fair chances of securing a seat under state quota . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on the number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.

Talking about evey category last year least marks to secure a seat under state quota from unreserved category was 560 marks ,from OBC it was 559 marks in the Same college , from SC it was 457 marks and from ST it was 432 marks all in the same college i.e government medical College, Dungarpur.
