Sir. My frnd got 73 questions in jee and got 87 percentile with 202 marks. And I got 47questions and got 88 percentile.How many marks I get?

If my frnd has got 87 percentile how would he get 202 marks instead of 78-80

If he attempted 73 questions then he might have answerd several question incorrectly. That's why he's losing marks in negative marking.

Sir .. I have said he answered 73 questions I. E for 73×4 =292 marks .... He got 202 marks... With 88 percentile... He lost 90 marks i. e he answered nearly 24 questions wrong... According to me I answered 47 questions I. e 47 × 4 = 188....with a 88 percentile... Then how many did I scores correct? 

It depends on your shift as well. Maybe your friend's shift had bright candidates which ultimately lowered the percentile. But 88 percentile is unbelievable if he is getting 202 marks.( He should have got atleast 97-98 %ile).
Don't panic. NTA will surely normalize the scores and percentile while preparing the FINAL MERIT LIST after taking into account the raw scores and difficulty level of shifts too so that no one gets unnecessary and unfair advantage or disadvantage.

OK sir thank you so much. I have an other doubt that will I get an nit with nearly 130 marks... Or else which college would be best according to you? . Iam an bc category student and I live in telangana hyderabad, with 90% in ipe. 

According to previous year stats, you may have OBC category rank of <7000 and general rank anywhere around 28,000-32,000. You may not get the most preferred branches in TOP NITs like Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal etc.
I'm not very sure which NITs you will get. Please google the previous year cutoff for different NITs or IIITs.

With these rank you have good chances of getting

Bottom NITs with core branches like EE/ME/Civil/ECE etc.Average NITs with non-core branches..
