As per your rank in jEE mains 2019 which in itself is very poor , so it's not possible for you to get a good college .
Also, you don't stand any chance for top NITs/IIITs.
But you can try for your home state NIT through your home state quota.
However, you will definitely be able to make it to one of the GFTIs.
So, you can try for admission in GFTIs.
