Hi Hukman,
Last year(2018) cut off for ST in NEET was 432 marks in government Medical college ,Dungarpur, Rajasthan through sate quota.While through AIQ cut off for ST was 425 at government Medical college ,Churu, Rajasthan.
Seeing the last year's cut off it seems difficult to get Mbbs seat at 415 marks. However since cut off is subject to change you can hope for the best.

Hi dear,
Last year once cut off in government Medical college of Rajasthan was 559 through state quota at govt. Med college ,Dungarpur.
