Hello Aspirant !!

To be eligible for state counselling you should have the domicile of Karnataka .To apply you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria -

The applicant should have been a pemananent resisdent in the state for at least six years from a given year .

If you have the proof of being a permanent resident for 6 years then you can apply for the domicile.Also ,if your age is less than 18 then you father's domicile will be needed too .
