Sir my NEET rank is 100091 can I take admission in government college and which college

As you have not mentioned your category and state from which you belong so I'll be answering for general category in AIQ so in 100091 rank you have no chances of getting any government medical College in India. I suggest you to go for Management quota seat in self funded colleges.
