Dear Akash, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 533
BC: 519
SC: 370
ST: 429

Irrespective of your Category, your chances at a seat in a Government Medical College are tough. You may have a chance at a Private Medical College. And regarding applying for other Staye's Counselling, it is strictly confined to candidates who hold domicile of that particular State. Other State candidates cannot participate in non domicilr State's counselling. You can only participate in 15% All India Quota seats whose cut offs are usually higher. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
