Sir my percentage is 54.66% can i be eligible for btech entrance ..... Sir i cant give improvement exam because of some reason

If you wish to take admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs then you should have minimum 75% as a general category & 65% as a reserved category Or you should be in top 20% class XII exam conducted by the respective board.

If only you are looking the admission for engineering programme then you can go for your state level Engineering Entrance Exam. Which state you belong please explain so that I can help you about the eligibility.
