Hello,
Having marks better than cut-off released ensure you a seat. The cut-off means that only those individuals or candidates who have marks above the cut-off are eligible for admission procedures or other further procedures if any. Your admission depends on the seat availabilty. If anyone else having greater marks than you submit application and take seat, you cannot get admission. Please note that there is reservation during admission.
