As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as a General.

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes if you belongs to any of the reservation category such as OBC, SC/ST then you would have chances based upon you category rank and that even in some of the lower NITs like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, and so on. But I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
