Hi Harsh,
Well with AIR 20000, the possibility of admission is not possible through AIQ if your relative belongs to general category. If any other category then chances are high of getting a seat in government medical college otherwise not.
Now as far as state quota is concerned, the possibility is there to get a seat for general category students. If any other category then the chances are really good.
