Hi Harsh,
Well with the marks that your reletative have got, he or she can get a good government medical college seat.
Through AIQ the chances are there but not much and if alloted then the college will be of low rank.
Through state quota more chances are there for a government quota seat allotment.
This was interms of general category. For other categories, even better colleges will be allocated and that will be truly nice.
