No maam, At this category rank , even if you are from ST category you won't get any good college in CS/IT branch.
15833 category rank is not good enough to get you in any good college with CS branch.

Hi aspirant!Under your category basis you have secured good rank therefore you can definitely get good college.always have a choice of preference of college you wish to choose under your category basis.compare the previous year cut off marks for colleges you wish to choose on your basis of marks.all the best!!
