Sorry to say, but getting a government college with 94 marks along with General category is not possible.
You can still go for various private colleges, there lots of good private colleges, which will provide her all the best opportunities.
And If you only want to go for government college, then I would prefer you to take a drop year and fight back again with good preparation.
