Your son got 97.34 percentile which when converted to rank comes out to be around 23260, So He will definitely qualify for JEE Advance even if He does Not appear for JEE Main April, Once the JEE Main April Gets over Then You will get to know that Your son has qualified for JEE Advance and the He need to register for JEE Advance and appear for the exam and secure a rank within top 10000 to get a seat in IIT.
