Surnames do not represent the caste in legal terms nor in Society. It has been a belief a that surname represents caste. It is better to check your Category Certificate and fill it in the NEET form. Category is very important in getting the admission . In addition to that you have to submit the Category Certificate in the Counselling process. So check your category Certificate.
