as per your OBC rank there are much better chances for you to get CIVIL and ELECTRICAL at MIT MUZAFFARPUR.so try your best to get in other colleges which are much better than this.

Yes on the basis of your OBC Rank, you can get MIT Muzaffarpur. But try hard during the counselling rounds.
