NO,you should have physics,chemistry and biology as your main subject.The eligibility criteria for NEET is that you should have 50% aggregate marks in PCB if you belong to general category and 40% aggregate marks in PCB if you belong to obc/sc/st category from a recognised board.i hope this information helps you.
