To be eligible to take the NEET Entrance test you need to pass Class 12th board exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects. Hence passing English in your 12th class is necessary for you to appear in NEET.
Other than this there are various other medium of instruction for NEET other than English which are Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada and Urdu. So for this you can choose a language you are comfortable with
But you still need to pass english in your 12th boards.

English as a medium of your Question Paper is not compulsory as the question paper will be available in other languages(viz.HINDI, ASSAMESE, BENGALI, GUJARATI, KANNADA, MARATHI, ORIYA, TAMIL, TELUGU & URDU.)
