With your NEET score and being in general category, I am sorry to say that it will be impossible for you to get a seat in medical colleges to study MBBS in West Bengal as the cutoffs are very high. You can check the last year cutoffs of the medical colleges for your reference if you visit the following link:

For ST students, they might have a chance as last year the lowest score to be able to get a seat was 183.
