sir or mam I got 400 and general category can I get mbbs but my family cannot pay extra fee but if I will get private no problem but no extra fee please kindly reply me sir or mam

Chances are very less for Government Colleges. You can get in private colleges. But as you know the fees are quite higher. So decide according to that. If you're a fresher, then 400 is good score. I'll suggest you to give another try and work harder.

Fees depends on state and colleges. Generally 80 lac to 1 crore. There are also some semi Govt colleges fees range 50-60 lac. But there will be lots of other charges like hostel fees, mess, library, transportation etc. You can study in private colleges of abroad with less fees 15-20-25 lac. Good Luck
