Hi there.
If you got a seat in first round , and you got a seat in a second round too , then you will have an option to choose a seat and either accept it or you can keep it on float . But you have to choose a seat , and if you want to go for the third counseling too , then you will have to decide between the third seat and the seat you choose from first two .
