Your are required to report to SMS Medical College, Jaipur with all the original documents, a demand draft of the prescribed fee amount, and two copies of the registration form for submission of the necessary documents.

NEET admit card
Marksheets and certificates for Class 10thand 12th
Proof of eligibility as submitted during the time of submission of online registration form
Copy of Valid ID Proof

Domicile certificate, as applicable
PH certificate, as applicableWDP / WPP certificates, as applicable
Bond as per the applicable ProformaAny other relevant certificate(s)
