As per 2018's cut off analysis will be around 300, it's better if you score 350+ to keep yourself on the safe side.
But this is not a confirmed cut off for BAMS, for exact cut off you've to wait for the official site to release it as every year it keeps on changing, also last year only BAMS and BHMS were added to NEET.

So just keep studying and give your exam nicely.

For BHMS and BAMS admission in government college, the  NEET score should be minimum 450+ as the cutoff changes every year and so to be on the safe side.. you need to keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which can get you admission in your desired college.
