Hello Shaik,
According to the Disability criteria given by the mcc for the reservations of pwd, a candidate having 50% to 70% locomotive disability of the lower limbs is eligible for the reservations against this qouta in any medical or Dental college across India.
As you are visually impaired this makes ineligible for this reservation.

You may get PwD reservation in NEET UG for low vision. For that, you must obtain a PwD certificate and present it during the document verification process.
