As per the latest guidelines provided by NTA ( National testing agency),so here we are providing complete details about the documents which are required for NEET2019 counselling

The following documents will be required

during the NEET Counselling. Candidates

must take original documents along with

attested photocopies for admission through

15% All India Quota.

1-Admit card

2-NEET 2019 Result/Rank Letter

3-Birth Certificate

4-Class X Certificate

5-Class XIl Certificate

6-Class XIl Marksheet

7--8 passport sized photographs (Same as

the one affixed on the application form)

Provisional Allotment letter generated

online

8-Proof of Identity

9-Category Certificate (if applicable)

Since it is an online counselling, no documents are required for participating in online allottment process during registration. But at the time of joining at the allotted college, you will need the Originals of all applicable documents among:

Rank Card
Date of Birth Certificate
10th Pass Certificate
Calss 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
8 pass port size photos
Provisional Allotment letter generated online
Identity proof
SC/ST/OBC/PH certicicates if applicable
