Sir today is my jipmer exam at 10:00Am and I might reach the centre by 9:30 , will I be allowed entry?

Sorry to say this but the reporting time is 8 o'clock
And the last into the examination hall is 45 minutes before the exam.
This work mention in the rules of examination.
