Look I can't tell you the marks exactly but there are many factors on which cutoff marks depends for example the number of candidates appeared in the entrance exam. Difficulty level of questions asked in the exam. Availability of seats in medical colleges and the marking scheme. And to qualify NEET for OBC it is 40th percentile which means 130- 107 marks.
