In order to take admission for this course you have to appear for JEE entrance examination as all the top institutes such as IITs ,NITs and government colleges conduct their admission process based on the score of JEE Advance whereas private institutes generally consider the score of JEE main.
To become eligible for JEE Advance you have to first qualifiy JEE mains.
