    You can apply for spot counselling but I will suggest you to at least go to the assigned college imcase you are unable to get a college of your choice in spot round you will at least have a backup then.

    What will I do in college and if I report in college then I will pay college fees and Document incase i got college in spot round then which I paid fee and document in that college..what will for that

    Generally in NIT/IIIT system fee is transfered from one college to other but I think this might not be the case in IIT system. You must confirm it JEE Advanced JOSAA helpline number.
