The medical counselling process hasn't yet got over in Tamil Nadu. So until then, it is very difficult to say what will be the closing rank. Once, the counselling process gets over, the allotment list will be released by the official body, in which the closing and opening will be mentioned.

Dear Kaviya, closing marks can be determined oy agter all rounds of counselling have been completed. At this point in time as the State Counselling process is still under progress, one cannot determine the cut offs and closing ranks.
