Unfortunately there are no lateral entries in any of the IITs. You need to clear IIT JEE and follow the conventional admission procedures.

Hii Himanshu...There is no lateral entry in iits (its there only in nits not iits). You need to write jee main and followed my advanced then you need to start from first year. Hope this helps you.
