Hi Shireen!
There is absolutely no reason for you to panic or worry. As you know, the case about NIOS students is currently being heard by the Delhi High Court, and it has gone into its third day of hearing today (April 26, 2018).
The Court has taken a very sympathetic view so far of other affected candidates, such as those who had a gap year between Classes 11 and 12 and those who appeared for their Class 12 exam as private candidates and has allowed them to appear for the exam. The MCI has also agreed to this.
Now the case of those above the upper age limit and those from open schools is also expected to be resolved along the same lines. So don’t worry at all about any of this as of now, just focus on your studies! Less than two weeks remain for NEET and you should prepare to ace the exam as there is every chance that you will be allowed!
Let me know if I can help you with any other information or answers. All the best!
