Dear Ashutosh, as of now UP NEET Round 2 results havr been put on hold which means only 1 round of Counselling and seat allotment has been completed succesfully. And usually cut offs are calculated after all rounds of Counselling. So it is too early to talk about UP MBBS Cut offs for 2019.
