NEET examination is conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA) every year in month of May.
Although the exact source of questions coming in NEET is unknown, you can track and find most of them in popular and basic books such as NCERT.
NEET requires students to understand the concepts, so any good source will suffice.
There is no point in searching for the source of question paper setting, rather focus your attention on preparation.
