NO college mention their fee as a whole. There are two famous ways:-

SEMESTER WISE
- YEAR WISE
You would find one of the above-mentioned scenarios implemented in almost 90% of colleges across the country. So if the college of your interest charge fee per year than most likely it will charge hostel fees annually too.
