sir/mam if I am studying bsc and I discontinue it and take a drop of one year to prepare for neet 2021 will during neet counselling the authorities will accept my transfer and migration certificate that is provided by the bsc college

You have to provide transfer certificate of this year. And for the drop year you have to get a GAP YEAR CERTIFICATE made.
For getting a Gap Certificate
To apply for a gap certificate the candidate has togoto the district court or contact any lawyer/advocate. A legal affidavit will be issued by the court which will be considered as proof for the reason for which the student has taken a gap in his/er education years

sir is managment quota seat fees in private college is fixed eg iqcity etc or we get consession on merit list

its fixed . you can get a concession through state quota if you are eligible for state quota cutoff

Yes, if you qualify NEET and apply for a medical college then you will have to submit transfer certificate of the bsc college. Also, you will have to produce a gap affidavit at the time of counselling.
