Then depending on your rank you will get top IIT .
Try to plan first to qualify the exam and then practice a lot which makes you to improve your marks.
The minimum Qualifying mark for OC is 100,SC or ST is 40 m .

You have to score minimum 75% in cbse board or if you are from other board then you should must come in top 20 percentile of that board .

There is no such percentage criteria to attempt JEE Mains, but you should have a good fair percentage atleast above 75% because your boards carry 40% weight-age in the final score of JEE Mains.
