Hey Aspirant,
I understand your concern. If you wish for Admission in Uttarakhand then you 12th and 10th marksheet is enough for an evidence of domicile. Basically the place from where you do your 10 and 12th is considered as your Domicile. And for job purpose or other benefit you will surely have any evidence that you have lived in Uttarakhand like electricity bill.
