You have scored somewhat lower rank in neet 2019.

There are only 65,000 government mbbs seats in India, which will be given to the students through state or all India quota counselling.

It is difficult for you to secure a government seat but you can have a private mbbs seat.

You should apply for the private medical colleges counselling of your state.

And do apply for mop up round of all India quota there you can have a private seat with management quota.

I am very sorry to inform you but with a AIR of 1,06,258 even with OBC category , chances are negligible that you will get a seat in Government college for MBBS through AIQ.

You can go for private colleges , or wait till Mop up round .

You can not expect to get free seat in AIQ under any category with this rank. AIQ cutoffs tend to be higher than state cutoffs and this year's cutoffs are quite high as compared to previous year's cutoff. After the release of result of first round of All India Quota counselling, it is clear that you donot stand any chance for free seat(MBBS/BDS).Please go for your domicile state counselling where you can hope for better results.
