hey prasanna, this time the neet ug cutoff went very high that the students getting above 500 are worried about their colleges for goverment seats. so it has affected state colleges cutoff also .therfore with this score you may have very less chance to get a goverment college.
As you mentioned with BC-B category and 479 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
