Dear Ashitha, AP Medical Seats are categorised into AU, SVU,OU areas. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for General Category for these 3 areas have been as follows:

AU: 533
SVU: 517
OU: 526

Going by your score and the previous cut offs, a seat in a Government Medical College is quite difficult. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in andhra pradesh through state quota .Previous year minimum marks required was 441 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
