Dear Ashitha, AP Medical Seats are categorised into AU, SVU,OU areas. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for General Category for these 3 areas have been as follows:

AU: 533
SVU: 517
OU: 526

Going by your score and the previous cut offs, a seat in a Government Medical College is quite difficult. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
