As you did not mention which quota you belong like whether it home state or other state i am mentioning the cutoff trends below for both quota
Computer science engineering
Open : 1813
Home state : 13801
Electronics and communication engineering
Open :2747
Home state :16407
Electrical and electronics engineering
Open : 4051
Home state : 19433
So, with 7002 rank in AEEE 2020 it is impossible to get into these three branches if you dont have home state quota.
