Sir,I have got anantapur medical clg in 1st phase and padmavathi in 2nd phase but I don't want to go to padmavathi clg.Will i get it again?

If
you are talking about for Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central
Universities UG Counseling-2019, and you have been allotted in round-2 also then
no, you can go back to the same college allotted as in round-1.

You
have to either join the allotted college in round-2 or can exit with forfeiture of Refundable Security
Deposit (if the allotted college is upgraded choice) within 2 days of publishing of
round-2 result and if you haven’t been upgraded, then you may resign by 05:00pm from Round-1 Joined seat of 20 th
July 2019 without any forfeiture of Refundable Security Deposit.

Only in case of non
allotment of any college in round-2, a candidate might retain the seat of
round-1 allotted college (if completed the admission formalities).

If you have applied for upgradation in the second counseling by visiting anantpur medical college in the first counseling then you don't need to worry as you can still get your older seat.
But if you didn't visited the old college then it's problematic as you cannot get the seat you have got earlier.
