Hi Prasaana,
If you get a seat in both TS as well as in AP then it's totally ipto you that you choose which one as it's your matter of priority and preferences. And it doesn't affect or creat any problems if you joined any and rejected the other. Because under AIQ, there is no barrier of domiciles.
But, if you applied for state quota seats then you are only eligible for that state whose domicile is therewith you.
