Hey,

If you are applying for all India quota then you have negligible Chances of admission in any government College for MBBS or BDS courses. If you are applying for state quota, then also your chances are really low. Even though you have a reservation, this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years. So for getting a govt College, you would require 450+ atleast. You can try for private colleges.
