I'm sorry to say that you can't.
Andhra Pradesh is one of the most sought after States for medical education. You atleast need 500+ marks to secure a government seat.
But will OBC qouta you might never know.
But BDS seats are available and you might get in a good dental college.

486 is a really good score. You will easily get a seat in any Government Medical or Dental College of your choice given that you belong to OBC category. If you look at the previous years' cut offs for various colleges in AP under OBC category, it was around 440 to 490. So, rest assured, you will get a seat.
