Sir,i receive a mail to change the fringerprint & Live picture (by webcam)in the last edit window,Is i allowed only to change that or can i change my uploaded picture?,Because now i shave my head few days before,if i change the live picture now it will cause problem or not?

If you received the fingerprint and Live picture option then you can see the edit option if it gives option you can change. Now if there's no option then also I don't think there will be any problem. But if you want to confirm it I would recommend you to contact the authority and get the thing discussed. They will give the confirmed answer which will be more satisfactory for you.
