No, you don't need to worry. These are technical issues that can occur at any time.If the money is being deducted then surely you money would have been submitted to neet.It may take 24hrs to refresh.
I would suggest you to wait for few days and then recheck it.But if the problem remain same then then drop a mail to NTA and they will resolve the issue asap.
