There is no such thing as a stupid question. Pantomath is a myth after all.

No, the college doesn't provide books to its students. Books are usually bought by the students through seniors or pass-outs. So they don't cost enough since you'll eventually selll them at the same price you buy them, or keep them it's your choice .
